I have been ordering from this place because the place near my apartment is $3.15 for cookies and this location $1 cheaper. But this is the second time they are out of specific cookies

Why do the workers look like the most annoyed people in the world? My kids were excited to try this place & they didn’t even get a smile out of the employees. They got packed short after us and I was standing in line to ask for lids & I heard the guy mumble “oh god” and rolled his eyes. This is a family oriented place, they should be more family friendly.

Came to marble slab for some ice cream and instead had a young lady's attitude. If you don't want to work and do your job then don't have one. Ice cream was good though

Oh my word!!! This flavor was to die for!! I just love the vibe at this Marble Slab!! I think I’ve been here at least a half dozen times!This flavor was Chocolate Hazlenut mixed with Peanut Butter, it’s as if I had a Reese’s peanut butter cup dipped in nutella! So GOOD.I’ll be back!

Cranky worker and overpriced ice cream. Been there twice and won’t be back. Milkshake was actual milk consistency and worker had to be argued with to make another one. For that price, we need to have it done well.

Worker was on Snapchat on her phone while scooping ice cream with gloves on. She kept touching her face with gloves on. I asked her to change her gloves. She set her phone down inside the ice cream case and changed her gloves. After she changed her gloves, she went back and immediately grabbed her phone with new gloves on and put it in her pocket. Not the most sanitary or consciences when it came to serve safe or appearance of cleanliness.
It’s good. All the ice cream buckets were full, they had plenty of spoons, the signage looked good and the kids serving ice cream were real nice.

I went about 2 weeks ago on the weekend i believe it was a sunday. It was my first time at this place and i went through the reviews first they weren't so good but i was really craving ice cream from here since i've tried it at their business in Galleria Mall. I went anyway and i ended up loving it they maybe got new management or something. It's really pretty inside and clean. The were greeting everyone coming in and they were also very nice! Definitely going back!
