Terrible food, awful night manager Messed up my order twice and the same night went to pick up my order to get it redone and had it remade and it was completely completely messed up asked for Alfredo sauce for my pizza on the first order I made got it right the first time but missed the sauce that I had asked for on my first order went up to get the sauce, garlic sauce that I had ordered and then had the order redone because the pizza was cold and then they put marinara on my pizza gave me a large pizza Size pizza and marinara on the pizza bread as well terrible service do not recommend

Pizza Hut has taken a turn for the worst. Don't bother wasting your money on this product. Just like most places now a days, quality standards are becoming a thing of the past. Anything to pinch a few more pennies of profit...very sad...

They forgot my cheese sticks then when I called they called me a liar even though I took photos. Didn’t even bother calling me back I had to call back IN to be called a liar over cheesesticks. I’ll never be ordering from this location again.

Buffet was dismal, hardly a lunch buffet. We were going to bring a group on and they holy has spaces for 3 or 4 pizzas and no real salad bar.Pizza Hut is always my choice, excited to see a dine-in location, just a minor let down.

Order was perfect!! I love this location because of the drive thru. Tracy was on the mark excellent customer service. Fresh ingredients. Food was yummy.
I'm referring to the pizza hut on Rufe Snow in Watagua, Tx:The guy who took my order was great and the pizza was handed to me quick.My problem is there was this huge sweaty looking guy with red wool for hair and no hair net standing over my food while it was being cut!!!!Best be grateful I didn't find any of his nasty hair in my pizza!I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!

Just the worst. Repeatedly terrible service for years. I quit getting delivery because it always took around 90 minutes. The last two times I picked up from here I saw an employee vaping in the kitchen and exhaling all over the food they were preparing. We now order from the Keller Pizza Hut and drive to pick it up. It's an hour faster than waiting for delivery from the Watauga location and they're much friendlier.
