This has to be the worst wing stop in the entire USA. Every time we go, it's nothing but incompetence. The amount of horseplay and shenanigans makes it feel like we're in a high school lunch room. Seriously are there any adults that work here? This time, my husband and i placed an order and waited for it in the dining area directly in front of the counter. After 40 mins i had to go ask for my order. Apparently, it had been done some time ago, but no one had enough competence to realize when my dine-in order was done. When I asked how long ago the order had been placed there, the girl at the counter said, " I don't know; that is not my job." NiceWe ate our lukewarm wings and promised never to eat here again.

I ordered and paid for 10 piece wing combo, all flats, fried crispy. What I got was 7 drums and 3 flats. I do not like drums, that's why I asked for and paid for flats. What they did fry crispy was the French fries... I could break a window with these BURNED fries. This location seems to not care about the quality of the service or food anymore.

Horrible service I placed an order at 7:20 and come up to pick it up at 8:20 and waited an additional 30 mins so 1 and a half hours. Employees ignore customers and act as if they don’t wanna be there. You’re better off going to the mi Pueblo’s location on Davis.

I'm going to start out by saying, it's harder to find great wings than you think it would be! For that reason, I usually fall back on Wingstop. I think they can be a little heavy on the seasonings but minus that, they do it right! When I'm not in the mood to venture out and try someone else's subpar wings, I hit up ole reliable.

Anytime I need my wing fix, this is the spot to go to. When I come in, I’m greeted and my order is always ready on time. Kasaiya is always able to assist me if I have any issues with my order. Unless I’m out of town, this is my wing spot to pull up to.
