The quality of the sno is top notch. Best sno cone I've had, and I don't usually care for sno cones. I did lower my rating for two reasons: the price and the slow service. I ordered a mini size flat top for my son, the smallest you could get and it was $6. For ice and syrup, that is ridiculous IMO. Also, I've been multiple times and every single time I have waited for 30 minutes in the drive through. Ice is already frozen, so I just don't understand the wait to pour syrup on top....read full review
Had a great evening with the kids here. It was out first time going and we really enjoyed it. The kids loved that there were games available to play. The staff was so friendly and patient with us as we had several questions about the flavors and the menu. My husband really liked that they had sugar-free options! The place was also very clean.
