No respect for the customer, after waiting 20 minutes for them to cook more chicken, got home to find all of the spicy tenders that were ordered were just regular. Had to drive all the way back up there to get them changed out and of corse they don’t take responsibility for their actions they don’t care that you had to waste more gas to drive back over to fix their mistake.

I ordered my food off door dash it's like they send out the old food to be delivered I ordered a 3p dark with corn on the cob and an apple pie they forgot my corn ..chicken was old .. rolls were hard asf ... that whole dinner was trash

Drive thru today...ordered spicey tenders, reg tenders and 2 pc catfish fillet with fries and rolls. The food was great. Nice and spicey tenders. The fish was nice and crispy with plenty of flavor and the rolls are tops! This was near the Atwoods location in Waxahachie. Great service and decent price.

They never fail to forget something from your order.....they owe me 4 orders of okra.
I stopped in ordered catfish in the drive through. They told me it's a 10-15 minute wait. I pulled around front. The manager came out a few minutes later and informed me they had a problem with the fryer, and had to start over on my order. He was super nice, professional and very apologetic. He made sure that my order was perfect and my food was delicious and hot. Every restaurant occasionally has a little foul up, but the way he handled it was exactly perfect.

I have eaten here twice in the past 30 days or so. Both times I have been here the chicken was tasty, and juicy. The price is very affordable. I paid $7.69 for 3 giant pieces of chicken. The girl at the register was friendly, and helpful. The restaurant seemed clean inside. The only thing I didn't like was the mac and cheese. Mac and cheese seemed watery and not very cheesy. Overall though I still think this place gets 5 stars.

Ordered a family dinner of 30 tenders with sides... 67 in total for a very generous and easy meal. Often we have ordered takeout for the house... The girls are always fantastic and helpful, orders are quick to be finished and have never received an incorrect order it's been. Awesome for more than 5 years, plenty of space to sit and eat if you want to dine in, not a terribly big dining room but as most of the traffic is drive through.. it's easy to find a place to sit. Plenty of parking. Accessibility isn't an issue, tables are moveable if need be. I recommend that you visit this location of you like Chicken express. They do an excellent job ???Parking: 40 or so free spotsWheelchair accessibility: Two or three spots right by the doors, well paved and ramped entry for ease of entry
