had a very long day my dad passed away yesterday and all I wanted was some comfort food . I order my pizza, pepproni cheesebread online. Took me 15 minutes to get to the store the drive thru guy said it would be 25 minutes. I waited . I went back to the drive thru to learn that it would be another 30 minutes ..I explained I've waited and was told 25 minutes. They didn't care at all I took my money back and left .never coming back no one cared there .

Made an online order and the "tracker" showed about 30 minutes till it would be ready. We got to the store a couple minutes early and were informed it would be 90 minutes. Even after I refreshed the page it still showed 18-28 minutes.

I know it's just a Dominos, but they were absolutely slammed probably because of a promotion going on, but the gentleman working was so polite and efficient. They were all really busting their butts.It's very easy to get overwhelmed when the orders keep coming, but they did a great job and my food is hot in delicious . Smelled so good counts even wait to get home.

I ordered from here expecting it to be like any other dominos, kind and courteous, which one employee was and super apologetic, I arrive to my order just being gone and the kind gentleman whose name I didn’t catch immediately had it remade for me and then who I find out a few minutes later is the manager starts yelling at and degrading him in front of me and other customers, and proceeds to send him home while bickering with other employees too, the whole staff almost walked out and she could care less that she could have destroyed this location single handedly, it was the most horrible display of management I have ever seen, she was the blonde manager with shaded glasses, if upper management wants me and the other customers she has ran off back, get rid of her!!!!! Also because of her I had to wait even longer for my order because she was too busy yelling to make sure orders were going out and honestly sounded drunk, corporate, general manager and ownership, this restaurant could be a gem, but this one person is bringing it to the ground, please fix it

Took 3 hours to get my order when the website said it would be 25 minutes. What did the manager say? It's my fault for relying on what the website and to enjoy Pizza Hut instead. Do yourself a favor, if you want mediocre pizze get it elsewhere. Why wait 2 hours for bad pizza when Little Caesars has it ready right now?

I placed an order for delivery at 7:45 PM. It is now 10 PM and I still don’t have my food. The first order went out for delivery about 30 minutes ago and was delivered to another location. In the notes, I asked that the driver bring the food to the guard shack and the food was delivered to a place that doesn’t even have a guard shack. Thanks delivery driver, Daniel. I work at DART it’s not that hard to find.

Over 2.5 hours to get a pizza? Really….ordered online, 6:15 pm. At 8 pm were told it would be another hour? Cancel the order please….. won’t be back.

Ordered a pizza an hour ago and they finally call me to tell me that they got too many orders and that they don’t wanna make them all or deliver them because they are lazy. Then she tells me I have to come get the pizza myself. I said ok screw it I’ll come get it. The woman then says “oh no, we’re not making it”. So they call to tell me they are incompetent and don’t wanna do their job and then they don’t even wanna make the pizza at all. So let me get this straight. These morons try to get business all day and when they actually get it they decide not to make or deliver the orders. But they are still gonna get paid? So 30 people call and order pizza and your genius response is to cancel all the orders and lose all the business? I mean how ignorant is that. If I were the owner I would fire the lot of you on the spot. There is a reason these people deliver pizza and probably will for the remainder of their lives. This is sad and very pathetic.Just paid another 50$ for an order at 10pm.It’s 12am they are now closed and never delivered my order. They literally just stole my money and pizza.I will be going up there first thing tomorrow and I will either get my money back or they will be giving me my entire order for free.DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS WRETCHED PLACE!!!THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NEVER GIVE YOU THE PIZZA!!!

Blaine was extremely rude. Walked in asking to order a pizza with a discount code for carry out and said it was only online (I know for a fact that he could’ve applied the code as I’ve done this before in other locations.So I sit down and order it on the website and mind you I’m the only person in store. So I wait for my pizza and my name was the only one in screen and he asks me for the name of my order when the only carry out pizza is finished as if he didn’t know I’m the only one that had placed an order. He wasn’t friendly or kind at all, didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. Pizza was 7/10 I’ve had way better dominos before. Ham has a smell to it but oh well. If I didn’t like dominos this bad I wouldn’t have sticked around for my order. This is what’s left of my pizza

Placed an order online for 2 pizzas and 3 orders of wings at the Waxahachie store. Wait estimated was an hour and a half, no big deal. When we went to pick up the order was told it would be another 30 mins, it's Saturday your busier days for sure, no big, we'll wait. Over 40 minutes later go to the drive thru met by an obviously intoxicated employee who acted confused and bewildered by the whole interaction. He left and came back said it would be another hour and a half. Was told my only option was to wait or cancel the order, but would have to go in to cancel the order. I opted to cancel the order after this absurd wait and zero empathy for the situation when I was just trying to get dinner for my family. The girl who claimed to be the manager refused to give any names or numbers of individuals who might be able to remedy or stop this situation from happening in the future. The owners and management of this facility need to do better, however, for all the terrible reviews I have been reading this appears to be the norm for this location.
