Kinda a basic Mexican restaurant feel, but man if you want some good deals go here! They’re breakfast tacos were huge and delicious and cheap. I don’t wanna say this but they should raise the price, they’re worth more. It’s a steal of a deal! I’ll definitely be having breakfast here more frequently.They also have a full bar, I didn’t expect thatParking kinda sucks but it is downtown so you might as well walk around and enjoy the square if you can’t find close parking

I ordered 2 big shrimp cocktails and one taco. I was going to buy chip and salas but the guy told me it came with it but when I got home they didn't give me any ? I should have bought my own. That's the only thing I was disappointed ?

Had time between events to grab a bite to eat. We had the lunch fajitas very good. Chips and Salas and cheese dip were good.
Wow 12 of us eat breakfast with orange juice and coffee $85!

Placed an order to go with a salad substitute for the rice because I cannot eat rice. Surprise, Sour cream was in the sack instead of salad. We noticed the receipt the next day discovered we had been charged $2.80 for the sour cream. So I just got off the phone and asked for a refund of the sour cream. I was told by the Manager I was one day too late even though I had my receipt number with server’s name and more data. The manager indicated she could give us a credit next time we ordered. We hadn’t ordered in at least a year. I told the mgr we don’t order very often she kept talking over me and said the same thing over & over. I asked her to listen to our situation. Even had to raise my voice so she would allow me to speak. My words never got heard and she rudely hung up on me! Guess what, there are tons of Mexican restaurants in Waxahachie. El Fenix has got the Mexican Grill beat hands down…

My date and I truly enjoyed our food. He got tacos and said they were delicious. I got shrimp and spinach enchiladas that were amazing. They have some really good salsa as well. Great little spot in the downtown area...highly recommend!!!!
