I really tried to write just to the restaurant and not publish a review. Today I had the Carne asada con cactus. Would have been delicious except the meat was full of gristle and tough to cut or chew. When I did get a chewable piece it had great flavor. But I would not recommend it.

Service is always great BUT My dish plate was chipped all around the edges and they still thought it was okay to serve my food in it like that. Do they not not that they can get in trouble for that? Please replace your dishes and don’t serve food in plates like that.

Myself and my family were in for dinner last night. I was in the restaurant business for 25 years and have eaten in many restaurants. This is probably one of the worst restaurants I have ever been in. The service was extremely slow and the server appeared to be ungroomed not ready to work and was mumbling a lot. You know the saying you get what you pay for, well that doesn't hold up here. The plates were sloppy and the food just seem to be thrown on the plate with no attention to detail. The food was overpriced for what you receive which isn't much as far as quality is concerned. The restaurant was busy but i can only assume it was because Campuzanos was packed and parking lot overflowing. I gave them one star because I couldn't give zero.

Tonight we decided it was the last time we will ever set foot in this restaurant. We were waiting for ages for drink refills and chips for our salsa and we discovered that our server was sitting at the bar eating his own meal and kept looking over at us and still refused to come and take care of us.Our top complaint is the staffs utter disregard for their patrons. And the food is sub par.Spend a few dollars more and drive down the road to Campuzanos for delicious food and amazing service.
