Service was good and quick, but food was below average and overpriced. I've been dissatisfied here before for the same reasons; I am unlikely to give it another shot.
The IHOP in Waxahachie tx has been wonderful. The waitress had a smile on her face and was quick to get our order. The food came out hot and fresh and full of flavor. My wife and I are happy with the results of our visit. We will be coming back here

It was Christmas night, there were 2 places to eat… Jack-in-the-box and IHOP. They were extremely busy. The place was a mess. Not a terrible experience.
My family pre-ordered a Christmas Day dinner and when we picked it up it wasn't ready so, the staff just gave us whatever they had. The meat was a tiny portion. They gave us gravy instead of mashed potatoes. No drinks. It was awful. IHOP didn't have enough staff for Christmas Day . They were running around Helter Skelter. It wasn't their fault, they were understaffed.There were hugh lines and we had to wait an hour for a meal we made a pickup time for. We paid full price for the food on the Internet for the lousy meal we were given. We are never going to go there again. Bad management.

Mine and our daughters food was perfect❣️ my hubby unfortunately had burnt chicken in his sandwich... He ate it with no complaints. Our waitress was absolutely amazing and service was great!!!!Dietary restrictions: The fish and salads are great!!Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves this place!!
