I chose to visit KFCWaxahachie TX, instead of going a littleways down to Dickeys to purchasemashed potatoes and corn. Ihadbeen at the hospital with my husbandall day, and that's what he asked for.When we got home, the corn wasterrible. It looked old and partiallyburned. I contacted the manager torequest a refund because I was tootired to drive back after the long dayI'd already had. But she told me shewas not allowed to give refunds andthat there is a sign stating they don'tgive refunds posted. I'm not surewhere that is. I didn't see nor look forit, but I guess we should all startlooking for that in all restaurantsFirst of all, that corn should not havebeen served to anyone. Heck, pigsand hogs wouldn't eat it. Secondly.there is no consideration for askingpeople to use their time and fuel to drive back to get another item that Ireally didn't want. Third, I assumethey have a no refund disclaimer dueto people requesting funds backbecause of unacceptable food beingserved to people, not to mention theridiculous cost of an order of corn.Finally, we'd like to support thisbusiness but not when they are likethis.

Food is always on point, never messed up my order and really quick.
Everyone who was working the closing shift tonight December 13th , 2023 . COUNT YO MOTHAFUCKING DAYS !! I placed an order that would be ready for pick-up around 9:20 , I arrived at 9:30 and all the doors and drive thru were closed . There were multiple workers inside that seen me knocking on the doors and drive in the drive thru multiple times . They just stood there smirking and trying not to make eye contact , then they eventually moved to the back where I could not see them from outside the store !! I sat at the drive thru window knocking and calling the store until 9:45 !!! They don't close until 10:00 pm !! When I called the phone number there was no ring and the drive thru speaker said they were closed at 9:30 . THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND MY CHILDRENS FOOD !! I'm a single father of 3 who just got off of a 12 hour shift and struggle enough already making ends meet for my kids !! I NEED my refund and to speak to the General Manager of this location !!!

Incomplete order. Ordered Pot pies they were great chicken tenders where dry also ordered 4 got three and no biscuit.Also ordered large mashed potatoes and gravy didn’t see it in the bag so I asked because last time they gave me a small one. Server had a bit of an attitude and told me it was at the bottom, It was but there was no GRAVY!!! Keep personal feelings out of the equation please!

I ordered 2 chicken breasts, one original and one crispy w mashed potatoes and bicuit. What I got was one original a second original that was dropped in the fryer. Dry with beads of flour that were hard as gravel rocks. The potatoes had been packed so long the white was gravy brown for a half inch in. My biscuit was flattered to tortilla status by the potato container and chicken on top. Geez people, biscuit goes on top! No spork to eat with, no napkins to wipe greasy fingers, no straw for the drink, which I didn't find out about until I was already back on the road. Argh!!! Where was my franchise standard on this day?

I enjoy the bucket of chicken. It's heat hot and the original is cooked just right. The service may have a long line but it move very fast. I would recommend this one to my family and friend.
Ordered a famous bowl meal and five piece nuggets; a spoon wasn't included and I only got three nuggets.

I have to give a hands up to this crew. 2 people serving it hot and fresh. Online order and a line of cars. The lobby was closed and drive through only. Ordered extra Crispy got original I can roll with that. It was friendly, hot and fresh. Kudos to the crew.
