The food was good but the drive thru ordering and pickup process wasn't great. When ordering I felt rushed to complete my order quickly - to the point that the staff were not asking for side and drink preferences, they were ready to complete the order without even knowing everything we wanted. When we pulled up to the window there were employees shouting across the restaurant to each other about our order.

I'm in Waxahachie, TX but from Denver, Colorado. I have to drive an hr out to get to the ONE left my state but here it's down the street from the hotel ? I missed out the first to days of being here, cause I read 2 bad recent reviews. I couldn't resist day 3 and I'm so happy I came regardless. I sat & ate for about 40mins. All that left rang the bell, which means good service & good food! They greeted everyone that comes in the door, they say thank you when you ring the bell, it's clean, the food is fast, good and hot. I'm definitely ringing the bell too and I'll be back, for sure.

Drive thru provide bag food with lid off from side dish,so food ruined and my vehicle has huge leak on passenger chair from the side dish. No one answered the phone. Service sucks. For the money spent they need to improve
