Waiting for over and 1 hour after my pick up time. Short guy was not communicating when asked he ignored me twice just brushing it off no sense of organization or urgency at this location I would like my money back since I walked out with out the order. Notified my bank about the no service was provided.

Devon the front worker is very nice and sweet. He keeps you company while your order is being made. All in all Devon was extremely helpfull and very sweet. I will be going back just to see his friendly face.
Everything they made for me was so good. The dough is my favorite. Pizza's were really good. Only problem I hope they would fix is the outside lighting on the building. Unless you know where the location is you cannot see it from the road. The papa John's sighn is not lit nor is any outside light. Just

JUST ORDER DOMINOS. Papa John’s keeps removing the reasonably priced pizza deals, which is the only thing that made ordering from them viable for my family. My family will be ordering from DOMINOS where you can get 2 pizzas, Parmesan garlic bites, cinnamon twists, and a 2 liter drink for $20 from now on. Papa johns can lay in the bed they’ve made themselves and go broke.

I ordered two pizzas, and I messed up the order on my app. I called the store and the guys were really helpful and we made the pizza the way that I should have ordered it in the first place. Thanks so much guys! You changed a bad pizza night into a great pizza night! I already loved the pizza now they also won me over with their service as well.
I ordered a (2) pizzas and (3) sodas yesterday at 5:30 delivery said it’ll be about 6:30. We were fine with that, at 8pm I called and asked them where is our pizza she said apologized and said it was dispatched 30 minutes ago and that they should be there anytime. She told me she would refund us our order. He showed up 10 min later with 2 lukewarm pizzas and 1 soda. Since she had said she had refunded the order I didn’t call. Checked today, did not refund us anything!
They make great pizza. When I happen to be in Waxahachie and in the mood for pizza we make an order. This pizza is never super greasy like most of the competitors.

I ordered pizza for my coworkers on 1/10 in the evening. My pizzas arrived in a timely manner but after I opened the boxes, it was obvious they feel over. The toppings were off the pizza and on the cover. No big deal. I called to simply inform them of what happened. Didn't ask for anything in return, just wanted to inform them. They put me onto the manager that was working that night and she asked if I wanted a return. Since it was offered, I agreed. She even gave me her number to text her the pics, to which I obliged. Never heard back and never got my return. If you have no intentions of fixing the problem, don't offer.

We ordered pizza for delivery and were told it would be 90 minutes. That’s a little ridiculous, however, ok, I get it, 90 minutes it is. 2 hours and 15 minutes later, still no pizza. We called the store and the girl we talked to made no apologies and just said ok, we’ll cancel your order. Obviously, more than 2 hours later, our order still hadn’t left the store. Absolutely ridiculous!
