Ordered 2 dishes, chips & salsa with a small horchata for $30. A quesadilla being one plate and was extremely greasy. The second dish being a salad but basically a burrito with lettuce.Unfortunately we didn’t eat either plates.+ I got charged $2 for a small “salsa” that tasted like tomato sauce (sorry but it was not good)If you’re going to provide a healthy option for your customers, please stick to it being a healthy dish.Agua de horchata was good though! Gentlemen was nice as well.

They have a fly problem and the food is too expensive for what it is and the air condition isn’t good . My son is swatting flys away from him as I type this. It’s like I took a trip to a third world country in here

Employee had their son sitting at a table all day while he worked in the kitchen. The drink area was filthy, you could tell they didn't keep it clean.The young boy working the register walked away in the middle of taking my order, got busy with something, then came back and had completely forgotten he was taking my order and asked me what I would like... I had already ordered a whole chicken...Definitely hoping they open a different chain with similar food here soon.

Just ordered the #1 whole Grilled chicken with rice corn tortillas and beans paid 25.00 only to get it home to find out no onions. Huge bummer because the onion are my favorite and the only reason I go to pollo regio. I tried calling the number on the receipt but it's only a recording service. I'll definitely look next time before driving off.

People....My neighbors run this Establishment and I got to see how the chicken is prepared. Big BBQ pit with long conveyor it travels over Charcoal made especially for this restaurant chain.Was really interesting to see how the Best tasting chicken ever is cooked and prepared.Most Awesome food ever.Also, have other food items you can order. Had the Biggest, Best tasting Shredded Beef Brisket Buritos with rice and beans all rolled up in a floured tortilla. It was huge and tasted delicious.I'm telling you the next time your in Waxahachie and you have a hunger pain, stroll down 77 towards the Walgreens Pharmacy and give this place a chance to make you a loyal returning customer. You won't regret it one bit. Really Yummy good?.Convient Located next to the Sonic.Also was able to get our pup her 1st round of shots there on site as they have a company administering discount vaccines for dogs every Saturday.Worth every bit of my time and money.You have to visit and give it a spin. See ya there my Texas Friends.????✌️

The food, WHEN IT'S RIGHT, is usually pretty good. However, the orders are ALWAYS missing something anytime we've ordered anything. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. To be honest, it's like they don't want to be in business. The only thing keeping this place alive is just the fact that the food is good.
