The over weight white lady working there is extremely rude and didn't get my order correct after I waited 30 mins for food and missing a drink. Don't waste your money it's overpriced trash

This place is absolutely terrible. Every time you come here, the wait is extremely long ( most recent experience was 50 minutes after being told 10 minutes for chicken). Once we were parked, the staff forgot about us and the order was not filled. There is no sense of urgency with any of the employees, they are usually out of SOMETHING, or their equipment doesn’t work. Don’t visit this location.

I don’t have the words but on a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a -10!!!! Just awful service everything takes more than 7 minutes if you’re going through the drive thru. It’s no longer fast food at the Waxahachie branch!

Slowest service ever. They either run out of chicken, close early or they cannot take debit card. The same experience every time I come here and I always end up leaving.Today 3/20/24, I went took a while before I ordered, nonetheless I ordered red beans and rice as my side and I received red beans and rice in water. I go here because it’s the only Popeyes in town but omg bad experience all the time.

Now I go to a lot of fast food restaurants and this one is by far the slowest serving place. They took forever in the drive thru so I went inside to order only to take another 20 minutes when there was no one in front of me. To top it off the people who were in the drive thru kept coming inside due to their orders being wrong.

The only things they had were chicken, popcorn shrimp, mashed potatoes, and Cole slaw. They were out of everything else. The tables weren't bussed, and it took twenty minutes to get burnt chicken...

I like Popeyes and have tried to give them chance after chance. I have ordered food online to arrive and they not have the food available. Meaning I order chicken wings and they have none but still allow ordering. I have ordered from them and they haven't had any fries, and Mac n cheese, or just have thrown my food together. Then most recently they were taking cash orders only, no credit or debit. The issue that I have with this is that you sit in a long line while no signs are posted letting you know that they are out of food are only taking one form of payment. Something needs to be done about it.

After being told it would be 20 minutes for my food, I said I would wait. The “manager” Bre said she didn’t have change for $20 when my total was $11. When I asked for her boss’s name she said she could not give me that information. Worst staff I’ve ever encountered.
