We ordered a double meat burger with extra mustard, no onions, extra extra pickles, no cheese. They at least got the no cheese correct but it had onions, 4 pickles, ketchup and mayo, no mustard.There is a reason I will ONLY get food from almost EVERY Sonic because it seems like NONE of them can get an order correct.It's only been an "only option" food place for me for years but it's probably gonna be an "I no longer care if I'm hungry" option. Won't be getting Sonic, anywhere, from now on.If you like roulette with your food, feel free to try your luck.

Placed a mobile order, waited almost 20 minutes before I had to flag a passing employee and was advised they would check the order. Another 20 minutes went by.I refused to wait any longer after watching cars recieve orders who had been there for 5 minutes or less. I opted to stop-payment and I won't be back.

Couldn't understand the person taking order. Given wrong order. Didn't care... just wanted out of there. The food I received WAS good... but still... NOT my ma's order. She cried. (Not really)
The young man taking the order wasn't listening at all, he cut me off several times, I had to push the button a second time to finish the order. Then the food that was brought out was wrong.....and cold. It was a terrible experience and it will be a long time before I go back.
