Walmart, I'm sure you know that your store's are going down hill fast and now the new BAG's! They are shit! You have to double or triple bag everything when before you didn't...! Come on!
Charmain I think I'm spelling her name right is a certified SCUMBAG and shouldn't be in any management position. She is heartless and down right nasty. I witnessed this woman in a shouting match with two employees and she could have easily deescalated the situation but because of her EXTREMELY NASTY attitude it was a failure from the get go. Why have customers make appointments for vaccinations and then have them wait? If my appointment is at 3pm and i arrive at 250pm, I expect to be seen at 3pm. NOT 340pm!!!!! The ONLY reason you get 3 stars is because the pharmacist ROY was so pleasant. Kudos to ROY He gave me two vaccines in less than 3 minutes. So I don't understand why i was made to wait 40 minutes.
