Ordered a 6 piece tender with gravy and French fries with jalapeño poppers for lunch. The chicken was tough and a couple pieces was slimy inside the breeding. The gravy had lots of chunks the size of Bee bees in it. Chicken was horrible and didn’t even eat it all. I won’t be back!

There have been several incidents of going here and they are out of chicken - and its only like 7pm or so... I mean it's a chicken place! The service is horrible. Ordered curbside pick up. Arrives, parked, waited a few minutes like the sign instructed. Nobody came out. So I called like the sign said to do. Twice! No answer. So I go in to get my food and I am told, "Oh, sorry, we've been super busy!" - yet there was one care besides mine in the parking lot and there wasn't anyone in the drive thru and the drive thru guy is standing there dancing (so busy). Then, there is a wing from a bug on my rolls. I go back in and kindly let the manager know and she proceeded to grab the bag out of my hand and sling the contents of the bag everywhere (pissed off) and then looked in the bag and said "Well, I don't see the rest if it, that's a little weird". Like I'm trying to scam 4 rolls or something.... f this place. There have been several other similar events and I refuse to go here anymore. You should, too.

My whole order was wrong this is not the first time it’s been multiple times I’m very disappointed I wanted to bring home a warm meal for my kiddos and everything was wrong and terrible.. I tried to call and nobody answers the phone

So after spending Christmas eve and Christmas day in bed with a stomach bug I felt good enough to eat today. I was starving. Husband went to Golden chick for some rolls and catfish. Catfish was pretty good. The rolls had been reheated in a microwave so much that they were shriveled up like raisins. Could not eat them because they were so tough. They went in the trash. Daughter got a couple of drumsticks that had been refried so much that the skin had turned to leather. Very disappointed in you Golden Chick.

This was pretty good the staff is really nice most of the time.I eat there a lot bc it's close to my house I there chicken sandwich is to die for along with there sauce.The only reason I'm giving them a 4 star review is because if you go around 5-6 they usually run out of things but it's still a great fast food restaurant.
Fast and easy stop for fast food. We got chicken strips for our toddlers, roasted chicken and rice for one adult and a chicken sandwhich with fries for the other. Everyone was happy. Our kids loved dipping the chicken and bread in gravy.

Downside...they charge for any condiment with tender order. The tender basket is already pricey so an additional 50 cents for 1 condiment does not seem right.Who wants tenders without a condiment? Chicken Express or Chic-fil-A is less expensive and offersCondiments with the meal.
