Prices went up over the years but it's worth it! Cindy was a fantastic waitress, never had to ask for anything. This was an afternoon visit so it wasn't crowded. Great atmosphere, Cafe style. Ease to access just off I-20.Kid-friendliness: In the evening, I can see the atmosphere lighten up and be busier. My wife and i ate here every few weeks for years. The buffet and salad bar were great. They did away with them. I came by to see if they had started them back up but they remodeled where they were. All good things must end I suppose. We won't be back

I haven't eaten here since before they removed the buffet. We ate here evey week. Had lunch there today and it was ok, just like any other diner. The buffet and salad bar made this place great. I have no reason to come this far to eat here any more.

Sylvia has been my server many times here, and is hands down my favorite. Always bubbly, friendly, quick and thorough. Even dealing with a disgruntled impatient gentleman getting a to go order she was super attentive to her many tables and was the only server. She needs a raise!!!

Food was ok, but for me and wife it was $43.00+ Tip that was for the cheapest burger on the menu + tea for me, and corned beef hash breakfast + tea for the wife was not a $50.00 + meal will never go

Food was good. Service was good up until the pay. Paid with a card and left her a $7.00 cash tip. On my bank account, there was an additional $7.00 charge. It was good food, not good enough for a $14.00 tip. She gained far more than even 15%. It was more along the lines of 35% of my bill.
