We ordered the bone-in ribeye (20 oz.) & rolls, but didn't receive the bone-in ribeye & rolls. We received the 16 oz. FW Ribeye & no rolls. It'd be smart to triple check Take out orders prior to giving them to the customers. It's frustrating to get home, just to find out everything ordered, isn't in the bag. Customer's be sure to check your Take out orders.

We have been to the Texas road house many times and have enjoyed it very much however last night when we went for my birthday we were a little disappointed with the food. Don't know if you have new employees but the girl that served me my stale salad not fresh as usual with no dressing could have cared less not a good attitude. When I finally got a hold of a waitress to see about getting some dressing then a few minutes later our waitress brought me some ranch dressing and apologized saying this was the third time tonight this has happened. Sounds to me there is a problem. So disappointing for my birthday.
Good food and good service!! Never disappoints. Thanks y'all

Our waitress was excellent! Just me and the 3 kiddos went and had a great time. They boys played with their dinosaurs while waiting for food, our waitress talked with the kids and what not I loved it.
