The wings and the service are great. The seating area is small and has a sports bar feeling to it. The sauce flavors were great (soy garlic and spicy Korean bbq). However the fried rice is too plain and basic specially for the price. My wife did return it and got additional wings in return. The manager was very understanding and took care of us. Will return again for their $1 wings on Mondays and Tuesdays.

I ordered drum sticks and fries, It smell like it was cooked in old oil and chicken was really dry. I could not eat it. Will I go back, NO. The service was really good, the employees was really friendly and nice.Parking: Free

so underwhelmed! i have been waiting for this place to open and finally got in. sadly was not worth the wait. and with so many wing joint options this place had a lot going its way. if buffalo wings are a slap in your taste buds face.. then this place would be a punch in the nose! the flavors are simply too strong to actually enjoy. the bbq is spicey to the point of loosing the flavor. the soy garlic is difficult to consume and the trade mark “yumm yumm”- yuck yuck. the Beef tacos were the real loss. the top is so spicey it hides the flavor and the marinated beef. oh wait if you remove the sauce and onions there is almost no meat on a bed of lettuce - look at the photo. so poorly done. finally the cheap fast food feel is underpinned by what my mother called “the poorest excuse for a napkin in town”. after our fourth trip to get more napkins i found she was correct. sadly the wings themselves might be good without sauce… next

Got it to go for the first time and it is amazing! The front clerk was super sweet, my food was ready to go exactly like I ordered it online and the taste is wonderful and fresh! Will definitely make that 30min drive again!! I got the fried chicken, bulgogi, and cheese corn. All 5 star!

Service and stuff was fine, but my Chicken Katsu was clearly overcooked and even burned on some parts (you can see how dark it is on the picture). It was dry/tough because it was overcooked. The corn and coleslaw was just okay.

The food is great but the service.. not so much. I had placed a curbside pickup order, called them to notify them I was outside waiting. Kept me waiting for like 15 mins. I had to get off and ask where was my food and they just said they had forgotten.

Bonchon’s Webster location did not disappoint!! We came here because I wanted to let my boyfriend try this place for the first time and he loved it! It’s a different concept from other locations because you order your food at the register instead of it being restaurant style. The manager was the one who took our order and he was super helpful with picking items to try. He was very friendly and didn’t make us feel rushed when making a decision. He definitely created a welcoming atmosphere. Even though everything was delicious, I have a few highlights:The wings (spicy and soy garlic) were so tasty. The chicken is double fried (which is the Korean way) so it has a very nice crisp texture. The spicy is definitely spicy so if you can’t handle it, you might want to try soy garlic and maybe another flavor. If you can, TRUST ME! It’s totally worth it!! Something about that flavor makes me tolerate the spice ?.The bulgogi fries can totally be a meal on its own. It’s basically loaded fries with beef but the flavor is soooo good! If you’re a fan of loaded fries, you will love this!Lastly, the Korean donut. It’s a nice sweet treat to end your meal. It has cinnamon on it and comes with sweet cream as a dipping sauce. If you love flavor, you definitely have to try this place out! I will definitely be back….and soon!
