Just like any fast food place it's all about the staff. The lady I've seen several times at the drive thru is always friendly and my order has always been correct and hot when I get home to eat. If anyone actually reads these from burger king ; Thank you. And thank you to that lady and her staff ?

Terrible service. Employee that works the front counter was basically laying in a booth with a guy who had his arms wrapped around her. She saw us come in and stand at the counter waiting on service yet did not get up. The drive through attendant was clearly agitated when she called for someone to come help us. Thats when the young lady got up to serve us. Dont eat here.

I was picking up a doordash order. Everything was fine until i was walking out I had 2 bags so my hands were full the male employee walking in didn't even think to hold the door open, this caused me to bang my elbow trying to catch the door. I guess people aren't taught courtesy anymore.
