This establishment is my go-to destination on occasion, especially after a delightful shopping experience just across the street. The attentive server provided exceptional service, and I thoroughly enjoyed the perfectly cooked steak, as always. We came to Longhorn expecting much from the name. Our experience began with a reasonable 30 min wait time, considering we didn't call ahead, but the service only went downhill from there. Our food took a VERY long time to arrive, and we felt practically ignored as it took over 15 minutes before we were even served our starter or any bread. Most disappointingly, our steaks were poorly seasoned and chewy, the main point of being in a steakhouse in the first place... And to add insult to injury, we were practically ignored the entire time by our waitress who seemingly treated us like just a couple of high school kids. Specifically, a couple who came after us were given bread earlier than us and they actually forgot one of our sides. Were it up to me, I would've insisted on a much lower tip than the one my partner was honestly more than generous to give. Our first time and certainly our last.

Upon arriving to this location the initial table the manager sat us at had a big roach on the table, the second table he sat us at was covered in ants. We had to be moved to a third table and when i looked around the sugars, and sauces were covered in plastic bags and the waiter said they were getting ready for a big bug night. Once the food came out it was horrible, I ordered the cowboy chops with broccoli and cheese and a loaded baked potato. My broccoli was salty and the melted shredded cheese over the top of it instead of the cheese sauce like all other locations that i’ve been to numerous times. My baked potato was dry no butter in it just the toppings slapped on top. My pork chops were dry and it came with three. I sent back 2 full pork chops untouched, the broccoli and potato. He took the plate and only gave us an appetizer for free. Then asked if we wanted a togo drink. I said a sweet tea is fine he disappeared then came back and said we don’t have tea. Overall i definitely would say if you wanted longhorn to go to a different location because this one was a horrible experience and was not up to par!

The steak was fine. Cooked properly. It was massive. I destroyed that porterhouse. Every bit of the oz advertized. The mac and cheese was awesome.

I'm sure the food here is delicious but I wouldn't know. 1 pm I walked in for lunch, I stand in line for 20 minutes patiently no problem. The entire time smelling Steak...not an easy thing to do patiently lol. Then Im told by the Hostess it'll be another 15 to 20 minutes before a table is ready, I'm looking at least 5 empty tables. I don't know about your time but mine's pretty precious to me and I felt like I was the one whom believes that. And why couldn't I be seated at one of the empty tables? I was clean, smelled nice, and I even had on a belt. Won't be coming back to find out how good a Steak from here actually is.

First time going to longhorn. Definitely a good spot for steak. Our waitress was a short girl with braids who was awesome. She was very attentive. My daughter and i had New York strip steaks and wifey had chicken fried chicken. Which was so big we halved it to take home. We will be back for sure.

No service. Nobody ask me what i need.I like bread. But bread is not served.Nobody give me bill. I have to pay myself.I haven’t finished eating yet. When i come back from restroom, the table is clean.7pm wednesday, they are not busy. A bad experience.

The service was absolutely awful. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant yet it took an eternity to get any service. Waiting for our drinks took forever, our food took forever, and even just getting the check took too long. The food was average. I've had better experience with Longhorn before but I would absolutely never return to this location again.
