The Employees here have alot of attitude, an employee in the drivethru forgot to turn their mic off and was making rude comments about me and my order after taking it. When i contacted the manager she seemed defensive and adamant there isn’t much she can do because he wasn’t trained to be taking orders. After voicing my disappointment, she offered to personally give me a free meal the next morning. Instead of giving me a free meal she instead asked to scan my app and charged the meal to the app and after disputing the charge i have found my Mcdonald’s App is now banned. I recommend avoiding this place 0/10

Should’ve had an option for no star, I use to like coming to this McDonalds because it was never an issue but I don’t like the fact I paid for extra bacon knowing an order of bacon with a big breakfast is already 2 and with extra bacon you get four. Got all the way home to see that I was only served 1 strip of bacon knowing I paid an extra 2.50 for extra bacon.

Kayla was running the drive-through and had exceptionally wonderful attitude. She gave me my order promptly, and had such an upbeat attitude. She restored my faith in this McDonald’
I got to say that there was no service and there will be no service at any McDonald's anymore. Now that they have that little display where you can just use the touch screen in the middle there's no need for them to hire more staff hence why you get more free stuff now. You trying to make you forget that they're just firing a ton of employees because of this new touch screen technology they have so don't fall for it they're really raising their prices on everything & it's freaking ridiculous now.
Drive thru moves fast! Despite being a busy location. The double drive through can kind of make it tricky with vehicles trying to get around you. Leaving the parking lot is also difficult.The staff are always friendly and orders made quickly though there was a time where the fries were cold and not up to McDonald's standard but I think they fixed that.
So I ordered a fish sandwich combo which comes with fries, right? I asked for extra Ketchup. She repeated my request back to me. Sure enough I get down the road and no Ketchup, no napkins. I mean what's that about?

I recently visited the McDonald's located at 534 1/2 Eldorado BLVD on 01/08/2024 at 10:52 am ks #13 order 02 with my family, and I'm compelled to share a disappointing experience. Not only was I charged incorrectly for my order, but what saddened me even more was the fact that my children did not receive all the food they were looking forward to.The mix-up in charges was frustrating, but the real disappointment came when we discovered that part of our order was missing. My kids were excitedly anticipating their meals, and it was disheartening to see their expressions when they realized some items were absent.I understand that mistakes can occur, and I am usually forgiving when it comes to such matters. However, the impact on my children's experience left a lasting impression. The joy of a simple fast-food treat was overshadowed by the oversight in providing a complete and accurate order.I urge the management of this McDonald's to not only address the issues of incorrect charges promptly but also to consider the impact on families with children who look forward to their meals. Ensuring accuracy in fulfilling orders, especially for families, is crucial to maintaining a positive and enjoyable dining experience.I hope this feedback serves as a constructive reminder of the importance of attention to detail and customer satisfaction, especially when it comes to young patrons who view a trip to McDonald's as a special treat.
