Maybe its because of the economy. Food was not that great. Not bad either just not like it used to be. Service was slow, not because the server didn't care. He was obviously taking care of alot of people. Its seems under staffed.
Hadn’t been there in a while and the food was good but the service was terrible! We both ordered 2 margaritas and I asked for a glass of water as well. By the time we got our food we had finished our drinks and Steven never asked if we wanted another margarita, I drank my water almost immediately and he never refilled my water. I asked for the check and mentioned the service had been terrible and Steven just shrugged but no apology or anything. I used to be a server and would have never presented a check to a customer with dirty dishes and empty cocktail glasses still on the table. I always tip over 20% but unfortunately Steven’s service very sloppy and terrible!
Our waitress was funny and engaging as well as fast and efficient. The food was fresh and hot and delicious!

Place up keeping neglected.Floor, table, menus dirty, even the lamp over the table was dusty.Also, service is bad, just one waitress on duty and she was not really attentive.Is sad that the Red Lobster Franchise is in serious declined!Once, it was nice and pleasant to have a really good seafood plate. Not longer the case?

Enjoyed my order of Soya Salmon ,the portion was generous for me & my tummy went home happy ? . It took a little longer though before someone came to seat us. And a little while longer for the server to come to our table. Short of staff ?? But kudos to the chef who made our order ,lunch was really good ? ( and the the good 'ol red lobster biscuit never gets old ,always tasty & yumm)

If you are ever in the area the evening crew is amazing! You are addressed at the door immediately! Our waiter was TOP TIER, service was amazing and he had a sense of humor! Ask for Matthew E. you will NOT be disappointed!
