I was here 4/6/2024 @ 1:54pm. I think the woman behind the counter was having a bad day or something. Right off the bat, she seemed to have an attitude problem. Each time that I asked her to put anything on my sandwich, she seemed to just throw her head back and smack her lips, and roll her eyes. When I told her I wanted a cup of water, I noticed that she charged me a bottle of water. And I still left her a tip. SMH!!

They always serve well, but at the one in Nassau Bay Houston there is a young woman who is super friendly and prepares those delicious breads, she always serves us well and the takeout orders are always on time

Manager is extremely rude. And on multiple occasions I've gone here only to realize I've been overcharged for my food because they feel they can make it different from what it's supposed to be and make it the customers falut.I've also seen them pull their cash drawer from the walk in fridge when opening so there's no telling how gross it is back their.

I ordered on the app for the buy 2 get 1 free and i go in and she asks me that if I wanted my sandwich toasted, I said I dont want my bread toasted and I told her only the chicken and then when she gets done the chicken is ****ing cold she didnt even warm it

TLDR; BROKEN AC, QUESTIONABLE INGREDIENTS, SUB PAR SERVICE, NOT OPEN ACCORDING TO LISTED OPERATION HOURSLooked up the hours for this location because I wanted good vegan options near me and it said they open at 8am. I arrived at 9:30am and the doors were locked. The employees just looked at me through the glass. I waited about 5-10 minutes and then they unlocked the doors without a word to me. When I asked what happened because the hours say open at 8am she said “we opened late today because the AC is broken”I was assembling my sandwich and noticed one of the tubs of lettuce looked rotten as well as both tubs of spinach. I avoided any questionable ingredients and I will not be returning to this location. Clearly lack of care from the owner.

I had a delivery of 2 Ham and Cheese footlongs on 06/29/2023 at 12:10pm it was my first Subway delivery order. I will not order from the 534 El Dorado Blvd location again they are using Buddig ham slices because they are so thin I thought no ham was on it. No cheese was on my sandwich I ordered pepper jack cheese. The second footlong bread was wet I couldn't eat it. I am disabled and can't cook I had to order food from another restaurant later that day. I called the restaurant and no one answered. I called Subway headquarters no one is available you must submit your complaint online but it never sends.Diane

Went there for weeks while I worked nearby. Service is rude, they will mess up your sandwich. And they don't communicate with the customer. Considering the work environment I doubt the food is properly stored or cleaned.
