The tacos are good - yes. But the service is so slow. They forget changes that are requested to the order (to-go order and order in-store). You HAVE to scan your reward code when you order. No IFs ANDs or BUTs about that. Things a hassle if you forget (at the time of ordering). Management wouldn't even log in and upload the points on a $60+ order and you cannot enter receipt code. Velvet Taco is right across the street. Much better value for your money. You can see my review on that experience from my profile.

Ordered pickup on the app and for some reason got charged twice and kept getting a strange error. After calling the Baybrook location, the person who originally answered the phone was extremely nice and passed me along to the manager (Manny). Manny was also very helpful, polite, and helped work through the problem. Considering what would be an irritating situation, they made it as pleasant and smooth as possible.I've been going to that Torchy’s location (amongst others) for years for the delicious and consistent food, but the service is what will keep me going back long-term. Keep on keeping on team Torchys!

It Torchy's tacos gringo style tacos if you are not familiar with them. The service is great and you can get a drink from the bar. All their in house beverages are delicious. The restaurant feel like something from Vegas but Tex-mex influenced. Ambiance is relaxed and chill vibe. Nothing fancy or black tie here.
