Upon receiving my burger, it came all mushed and ripped. Now I’m unsure whether this was the doing of an employment or my dasher, however the dasher pleaded he was unaware and didn’t open the bag. A more concerning issue to was that my burger was cold, I don’t understand why as my food was picked up as it came out and delivery took 5 minutes. Overall though I reached out to the manger at the time and received a new order

The food is alright and their costumer service is great. However the food sometimes is cold and the atmosphere of this place gives me the creeps especially the restrooms?.this place isn't the same as before when I was a kid. This place is a ruined ? they need to fix it more and give more care to the food

Burgers are generally ok but overpriced, the fries are always cold, and the slushie machine is unkept, typically a flavor is always malfunctioning. Not worth anymore.

Had a great experience customer service was solid the only thing I would have to say that bothered me was the cold food. Was not very happy with that after having a long day.
