“This place is about 4 or 5 minutes from where I live which makes it easier for us to pick up some tacos or hotdogs when we are really craving them (about every other Friday night.) Surprisingly, you can pretty much fill up on a combo though you only get 4 tacos. Hotdogs here are to die for!“
“What to say! this place reminds me of when my family and i would head over to the drive in movie theatre in Mercedes. We would stop at anna's to get dinner along the way from the house.that's when i was only 14 or 15 I'm now 32 years old and still go and just took my son their last night and she was great, along with the food.“

(Make sure you tip ;) good service is rare).Got home and the family loved the tacos and monster dogs.Feels good finding a mom and pop joint to support and get great return!“
“I live just outside of Elsa so I thought I'd give Lee Roy's Chicken and Burgers a try. The restaurant is located right at the border between Edcouch and Elsa in a strip mall and is easy to miss.Parking is quick as there is no curb, so parking ones car means just driving in to the parking area.. The building is older, and the entrance is a simple glass door. The exterior like the interior is no nonsense and nondescript. There is plenty of seating inside.I placed a phone order for two burger combos with a busy young woman and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. It was.I have to say the burger is filling. The beef patty appears to be a 1/3 pound and the buns are soft and chewy. It is a large tasty burger reminding me of what we used to get at Whataburger. In my opinion the amount of meat demands more cheese to balance it out, but then that is my preference as some people don't want cheese in their burgers. Aside from that, the combo of this very filling burger and fries along with a drink was reasonably set at the time of this posting at a little over 8 dollars.I recommend the burgers at Lee Roy's Chicken and Burgers.“
“Not sure where this company is based, but I really appreciated seeing the pictures of American presidents eating the burgers with quotes on the wall. Also the burger names were fun! Food was good and staff was friendly to this solo English speaking traveler.“
