Love that it's open 24/7. After a big shift at works it helps to have a good restaurant open in late hours. I love the variety of foods in the menu. Also, I enjoy the fact that there's always a menu before you get to the speaker to decide what you would like to order.Vegetarian options: Just the usual salads as well as a few veggie means in the menu selection.Parking: Great amount of space and easy to park.Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible. Decent amount of parking.

My wife and I ordered bacon Swiss buttery Jack hamburgers. We both took a bite and guess what was missing, NO BACON! Mind you it's the first ingredient listed on the board. They took them back to be made correctly, and insisted on taking the fries back also. It took over five minutes for them to come back, and all they did was add bacon. Not new burgers, and the same fries that were now cold. I asked for new fries and at first they were reluctant to give them to me, it also took another five minutes and we had finished our burgersI definitely would not recommend eating here.

Service was so prompt and food good. Only problem is my last two visits my receipt was so faded I couldn't use it to claim rewards or do a survey. I won't be back until you fix the receipt machine. Some of us still like getting rewards.
Not a fast food fan, but by chance, I came across their spicy chicken strips... DELICIOUS and had me returning the next day for more!

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS JACK IN THE BOX!!! One of my favorite things to eat at Jack in the box is the stuffed jalapeños.. so I order them a lot or should I say used to. They used to come out fresh nice brown color crunchy now they are cold, burned, soggy.. horrible!!!! And you seems like the employees don’t know what Fresh curly fries means. I got the opposite of that cold, had a horrible taste to them like old very old.. The burgers have gone downhill!!!! What is going on here!!! Management really needs to change this ASAP!! Be on top of your employees!!!! We the customers pay to enjoy a good fresh hot meal not a cold soggy old meal!!!!! This needs to be looked up by higher management!!!!!!

Worst experience ever, placed my order at 1 am. Received my order at 2:20 am. My order was wrong so I came back to fix it. Didn’t get home until 3 am. Was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant/ fast food place.
