If you're looking for authentic RGV food look no further!! They have a large breakfast menu & let you substitute items to your liking. Rosy's Tamales is super clean and welcoming. Prices are quite affordable! $ Must try their Tamales, menudo, barbacoba & most of all their fresh flour tortillas.
the Mexican Barbacova. It a small restaurant but very clean and the servants personal were very nice. Next time around we will try the tamales but you need to go very early to get tamales.
