I like this Starbucks and it’s the one closest to home. Staff are friendly but today seemed a bit disorganized and witnessed two staff members grabbing several cups with bare hands on the lid exactly where customers drink from. Kinda gross.

The last time I was here, they didn't have what I requested it took a whole hr to get my order only to find out my order had been done but was never notified my order was ready. So even when I got my order, my drink was melted, so I just left. Everything was good except service. I didn't know that they left orders at moble pickup when I was in service.
