Went to this location in my lunch hour and ordered a teriyaki footlong.. when I went back to work to eat it, it didnt have no meat in the sandwich? Just veggies with sauce ? so I went back again for a refund manager not even said, if I wanted another sandwich? just gave me the refund and not even a sorry! Never again!!

As a the girl prepared my sandwich n put but on oven to toast buns...while wearing the gloves she started to clean area, n then continued with my sub..without changing GLOVES.... I was so MAD ?....I DIDN'T WANT CAUSE A ARGUMENT, DUE TO MY HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE that has been control..... NEVER AGAIN WILL STEP THAT PLACE... N NO HAIR NET AT ALL!!!!!

I'm a doordasher and I have made multiple occasions with a certain male employee that has given me a hard time and is a bit standoffish ..i got an order headed that way around 11:00.I had been waiting since 11:00 for the food to be ready I asked around 11:10 when the food would be ready and he very rudely told me that the order didn't have to be ready until 11:15 ....and made me wait an extra 5 mins for the food when it was already ready ? and it's happened with multiple other dashers that say the same thing about this employee that's he's very rude and that he doesn't have to start anything until the time says on the system...didn't get his name because he keep leaving for making the food to the back and coming back

DO NOT, DO NOT come to this location. If you’re really craving subway, go somewhere else. For some reason their prices are way higher here than any other subway. I paid $16 for a subway sandwich and 2 cookies. This is the only subway location with that high of prices, not to mention the service is bad and if you order drive thru, they won’t follow any modifications you make for it. Just overall garbage place, i hope that location shuts down soon.

Horrible service, horrible food. This was there second and final chance until i see "under new management" sign.#1 Drive thru, trying to force use of that touch menu in direct sunlight. Covid cooties, no cleaning schedule for the touch screen Takes forever to complete an order.#2 The non-toasted subroll was stale one bite and thousands of crumbs everywhere. Fresh untoasted bread does not disintegrate like that.One 12" italian sub, one large soda $13.82 cents. Again, no chips, no double meat, no add ons.The guy at the window was nice, but if the food is bad, there we are..

If you're driving a truck, you can't order on the drive thru unless you park and get off to order at the drive thru... which isn't the safest thing to do...I parked to go inside and door to the store was locked with 2 employees inside but they refused to open the door...I explained the best I could that I couldn't order from my truck and they still refused to open the door. How can you have drive thru only at 8pm?
