Ordered food through the drive thru and it was all a mess (2 taco combos) they didn’t close the bean or salsa correctly so my food got ruined and I’m missing a potato terribly service.

The worst tacos of my life, they didn't give me the right order, I ordered a fajita and they didn't give me steak, the meat felt overheated, very greasy, they made me sick, I only ate 2 and I gave the rest to my dogs. The beans are disgusting and they stink. I don't recommend them. but to each one.

Asked for extra beans since there was 4 of us they only brought 2. Asked for ketchup for the fries and it was never brought. The harina tortilla was hard, I had to get up to get my own napkins and menu since it was never brought to us. Bad bad service, food was ok for the exception of the flour tortillas. The service was awful and I’ll probably never go back because of the service. First and probably last time. Parking lot was also an awful situation.

Was really craving some tacos and was going to be my first time trying this out. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and dry! If im asking you what specials you have it’s because I DONT KNOW what specials you have! How am I supposed to know que es el especial #5?? She tried offering me a charola and i was like no namas una orden de bistec. Y si no pregunto si tiene aguacate y queso no me le pone aunque me haya preguntado que si “con todo”! Just the attitude of the lady over the phone was enough to not want to pick up the order or go back. She needs basic customer service skills! Even after i told her thank you she just abruptly hung up the phone!

First time there. Menus in Spanish and waiter only spoke Spanish. Waiter was awesome. We couldn't have been easy since none us spoke Spanish. We had a great time and the food was really good.
