As many have stated. I placed an order and told it would be 25 min. When i get there, my daughter gets off and tells me, "they said it'll be 10 more min." It had already been 30 min. So I get off and ask, why is it taking longer, it's been 30 minutes and the guy checks and says it'll be another 5, they just put your order. I was like 35 min for a 6 piece? As I turn another customer was shaking her head in agreement and upset, she had been waiting about 50 min since order placed, and another gentleman 40 mins as well. As I waited for another 15 min, not 5, I saw the same, customer after customer waiting for a while and all kept getting told, 5 more minutes. Total 45 min wait for a 6 piece and was not that busy in the dinning area. Will not be going back.

I am not the kind of person to write negative reviews but this place seriously sucks. Everytime these guys mess up my order I let it go but its starting to get annoying. Last time I got home and opened my bag to ranch spilled all over the inside of the bag with no fries or veggie sticks that I ordered. This time, I checked my bag and it looked fine but by the time I got home and tasted my wings there was NO SEASONING. It was straight up grease flavored wings. I'm never coming to this branch again.
All these kids horse playing in the kitchen smacking each other and this is why the food takes longer than the expected time to come out. Horrible and rude customer service.
