My driver today Robert was very professional. I always say leave it on the door step and don’t knock because the dog goes crazy however today the driver noticed my steps were wet due to the all day rain. He called me via cell not wanting to put my order on the wet steps because he didn’t want my order to get wet. Very professional. They always get it right and Moriah is always the best and gets everything perfect. Job well done guys
I recently placed order via phone with this location. Male employee took my order, i don't want to post his name to single him out. He wasn't rude but seemed annoyed. He said "You need something else?" 4x in our 3-4 min conversation... and when I asked for my pizza to be cut in a particular way, as I needed more slices to go around (from reg 6 slices to 8) he questioned it.. you need it cut into 8??.. The west Columbia Domino’s is one of the best Domino’s I’ve ever experienced. Their customer service from the ones who answer the phone and work the window, to the delivery drivers have always been courteous and shown great customer service. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. Keep up the good work!
