Just had the light eaters plate. Went thru the drive thru. Was expecting the food to come with mixed veggies as described. The chicken breaat was a pitiful little piece which had the top of the breast sliced into a sliver and the breast "pieces" were dry. Also instead of mixed veggies, there was a couple of tablespoons of really salty and over seasoned green beans and a scoop of plain dry mashed potatoes. VERY disappointing. Not near worth the $$.

So what's happened to Elmos haven't been in awhile not busy and where do you get hoggie bun out of jalapeño bun? and no bell pepper allergic to and specifically said no bell pepper and yes had bell pepper ,take out containers had stuff all over them and sorry this was the worst food I have had from there in a long time,We don't eat out often so this has been our go to when we want take out ,hopefully they get their act together .

I counted 11 cars get their food and pass me before I got mine. Waited 35 minutes total. Paid $29 for 2 meals. Both of the meals had cold fries. I specifically asked for extra ranch with my wings but instead got no ranch. Bread was super chewy which is weird. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger for my fiancé and there was no bacon.I used to eat here all the time and loved it but the last time I had been there was before they renovated. I’m aware they have always been expensive but usually will make up for it in quality of food so that is why I was so shocked with this outcome. I hope that this was just a rare occasions slip up.

Place does keep food in refrigerator that needs to be keep cold. Pies had mold all over them not Refrigerator. Manager stated they have food handling. So they must not follow them. She stated they go by date not keeping them refrigerated. These pies wasn't the worst. Not impressed with Manager other day of or today when I called. She also didn't know who own the place.. beware!
