Hat Creek has become my new favorite! Love that they offer turkey burgers that are simply delicious! The staff always amazing & service top notch. Restaurants clean & inviting... or at least the two locations I frequent. The paleo salad has become my go to & I keep no dietary restrictions, its simply that good!!

So it appears they have some type of sewage leak and it smells terrible over by the play area and no one seems to be interested that works there so I won’t be visiting this place again

My family and I decided to get some Hat Creek for dinner. We ordered it online and picked it up to avoid the drive thru line. This time I customized my fried chicken sandwich and added pickles and avocado with honey mustard sauce on the side. I also gave the fries a try. My husband and I ordered extra chicken nuggets and my teen wanted the fried pickles. The chicken sandwich was really good. Their chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I liked that I could customize what I wanted when my husband ordered online. The chicken nuggets were just as good as the chicken in the sandwich. The fries were okay. A little crispy but mostly soft. They do have seasoning which gives them a little bit of flavor. The fried pickles were also okay. They were a little crispy but not too much and the pickles were pretty large. Dipped in sauce they taste decent. I prefer the honey mustard sauce but have tried the fry sauce, happy sauce and the ranch dressing. All of the sauces are good it just depends on what you prefer. This is an easy fast way to get decent fast food.

Great place for burgers if you have kids, so expect lots of kids. Burgers and shakes are awesome though!
The food was excellent- exactly what I was looking for in a greasy, indulgent burger. Staff was friendly and helpful. The sauces were amazing. Only complaint was the unavoidable awful twangy country music. I found myself eating faster than I wanted just to get away from it. Please get rid of the music or at least change it up.

For the price point, this is a good restaurant for the value of the food and experience. If you have children, this is a great place to take them to eat. Kids can play on the playground and you can enjoy the good food. I like the app to order the food, although you might have to wait longer for it. The tables could really use a good deep clean. I had to wipe them myself but it seems this is the norm now at these types of places. I appreciate the gluten free options and other alternative diet friendly options.Dietary restrictions: I appreciate the gluten free options.
So disappointing. We have eaten at this location many times but today it was horrible. The young lady who took my order got it wrong, she was not paying attention at all. Then my burger came and it was not even warm. My cheese was not melted and it was not tasty. Sad to see this place off my list for good.

The atmosphere is friendly and the place is clean! They have a playground outside, how cool is that. Burger was fabulous, juicy and tender. Fries were seasoned and Tots were crunchy. Chicken nuggets were big chunks of white meat. Picture is left overs!
