I was questioning this place as I was pulling up. I saw a basic, square building. All that changed as I stepped up to the door. Even before I stepped in the smell of deliciousness tickled my nose. The inside decor made me feel like I was in a cozy farmhouse. We ordered the Rill Tide Fries and a regular burger. Everything was good. One item that I wish they had was Roll Tide Tators. Just a thought guys. I will definitely have to order a double double next time.

Smoking Buns is an amazing find. We live in Temple so it's a bit of a drive to West, TX but, absolutely worth the wait. I have learned in my time that you should never pass up restaurants because of their appearance or the surrounding area. That said, from the parking lot, you can smell that there is an amazing BBQ meal awaiting you. The inside decor is very inviting and feels like home. Ordering was a breeze and the service was great. I got their sliced brisket sandwich with a side of onion rings. The brisket was very good but when you add some of their BBQ sauce it becomes so good that y'all will order more. We plan to visit Smokin' Buns at least monthly!! Highly recommended!!
Saturday March 2, 2024We are in town for a wedding.First thing you see and smell is Clean. The lady that took our order was extremely friendly. However the lady wearing the Leroy Fire Dpts shirt never even spoke, we said hello and she walked back to the back towards the kitchen. I hope her day gets better. This was our first time to come here and we will be back.We are from Longview,Tx

Great burgers! All the flavor, but not overly greasy. Delicious with fresh fixings! Fries were seasoned perfectly. Also the front end service was very professional and friendly!! The dining area was very clean and made you feel at home. Highly recommend coming in for lunch or dinner.

The family that owns this place are wonderful & delightful! The burgers are So Good! It's worth the drive from DFW anytime a craving presents itself!!! I mean the burgers are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! and the HOMEMADE DESSERTS!? THEY'RE DOIN IT RIGHT Y'
