Alden was so sweet when helping me and my friends this morning. He misheard the name on the order, and asked again to make sure he got it right. My friend’s name is always spelt wrong and no one cares to fix it, but Alden did. He also made a point to ask what the occasion was, and asked about where me and my friends were going for a bachelorette party and congratulated my friend. It was a breath of fresh air to have a Starbucks employee seem like they really like their job and aren’t miserable, something that is rare for me when going to Starbucks. The coffee was great and our drive-thru experience was speedy. Thank you Alden for a big smile and great conversation! I definitely recommend this Starbucks for those passing through!

What a great place to re-charge, esp if the tall red-head guy is working. I’ll get his name next time. His customer service was an 11/10 !! My whole family left with a smile & was certainly re-energized and they haven’t even sipped their coffee yet. ? All bc of “Red” - thank you for spreading Joy. It was evident that you love working at this West TX Starbucks ?
This Starbucks is my usual stop on my conmute from Fort Worth to Austin. It’s a great place to break the journey, offering consistently good coffee, a selection of sweet treats and friendly service. A convenient and pleasant spot that deserves four stars!
