I will be switching to the Chick-fil-A off of Hulen and 30 as this location continues to mess up orders. Some of the high points are 1) finding a screw in a market salad, 2) receiving a chicken sandwich with no meat and just the bun, 3) putting breaded chicken on salads even after grilled chicken is asked for and allergy to the oil utilized in frying food is made aware. Though the staff is very friendly, the lack of kitchen quality is too great for me to continue to put my family at risk.

Hands down one of the best Chick-fil-A’s I’ve been to. Leah was a sweetheart and extremely helpful the entire time, coming to my table and asking if needed anything. Mayra (or the manager whose name is similar to that I couldn’t see too well) was very nice and Dawn was just as helpful. It’s a wonderful vibe and the food tasted phenomenal.

I had a catering order and used this location for the first time, and it will be my last time. Went through the drive-through to ask if I needed to park or what I needed to do and they told me I needed to come inside to get the catering order. not one manager or worker, offered to help me bring it to my car so I had to make several trips to get everything loaded, I order catering for work at least once a week from Chick-fil-a and I have never had this experience. I have always had locations help and make the Process quick and easy. The lack of customer service is why I’m leaving the one star review. The time of my pick up was 2:30 PM and it was not crowded at all which is even more frustrating
They get my order wrong every single time. The night manager girl has a terrible attitude too.

Allegedly, In my opinion you Don't even think of working here, in my experience they won't take the time to set up direct deposit, and no matter what forms you fill out they won't file federal withholding so you'll be left with a huge tax bill! Mines just over $600 this year! In my experience there seemed to be a very high turnover rate, even for fast food, employees on the whole don't seem to feel cared for by management but the management, in my opinion, smile and tell the employees how valued they are... That is when they aren't belittling them. If you're studying psychology, you might find it fascinating, but likely not somewhere you'll want to stay.
