Chicken has shrunk about 30%. Chicken tenders were rubbery. Seemed like staff was all in a bad mood. Didn’t get the order right. Overcharged for sauces. Been here before, but today was a major disappointment. Probably not going back.

Ordered directly from their app for delivery. Ordered over $60 of food for my husband and I to try a little bit of everything since it was our first time. When the order showed up 1/2 our order wasn’t with it which included our sides and large drinks. I called right away to tell them what happened and all they did was offer us fries and drinks the next time we come in…. Not sure I will ever be going back after the experience and I just feel we could’ve been more accommodated since we spent so much money on food to just not be able to get it… pretty disappointed.

This place is delightfully different, there are just too many nationwide chains these days so it's great to find something that isn't the same as it is in 1000's of towns across the country.Kid-friendliness: Both my little ones had no issues eating here.

The food is good, great flavor. Ordered the #1 meal and the wife had another sandwich meal. They gave me a junior sandwich, tiny little thing. Problem was I didn't order from the kids menu. Tasty, just not the same size as previous sandwiches we've had there. Unfortunate. Used to like the place.
I eat here at least once a week on my lunch break and the food and staff are great. I love The Nashville Hot tenders with the house sauce. They have really good potatoes and funnel fries to.The lady who takes my order is always so friendly and helpful and even has my order memorized.

Rule the Roost is my favorite chicken place in Fort Worth. They are super friendly and have great service. They are also gut-friendly; I can order any of their creamy shakes without having to worry about lactose.Dietary restrictions: All their milkshakes are made with lactose free milk.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair accessible parking spots and a ramp.
