There was some craziness in the parking lot when I pulled up where the cops were called. The crew did not miss a beat and had my order ready with no issues. The food was tasty and fresh and really hit the spot as well.

Litzy is the employee to be recognized here. The manager and staff lead ignored me as a 3rd party driver I shouldn't know the names of employees and them being late and all of their drama. While the leaders were busy gossiping the employee litzy came from the back with cups to assist me. Crazy

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Whataburger. We waited for quite some time for our fries…however the fries we received were re-fried and gross. Additionally, my whatachicken was so hard I literally couldn’t bite through it. ? A complete waste of money and time.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, RASIST and not kind at all I was a struggling mom trying to feed 3 kids and asked them to make the pancakes a little bigger then usual and last time only once at a different location they were able to and here she was so rude and said that’s not her problem that she will make them the normal size, when she said it she was so mean about it and I drove off crying . So mean ! Calling corporate today and getting a free meal on you rude b
