I lost my brakes and power steering, but managed to get into their parking lot and throw it in park. These people were so kind to me, they helped direct traffic, they moved their own cars to allow more space for passing and they made sure to stay calm and even tried helping to keep me calm!! They offered me a free drink so many times and were genuinely over the top kind people. They truly deserve all of the local support they can get!!! For being a chain store, they sure showed how much locals care for each other ❤️❤️❤️ I will forever go to that Starbucks now!!!

Genuinely the worst location I’ve been to. The lady with a gap between her teeth was upset about the way I ordered my drink and told me they were supposed to charge my drink as a latte if I wanted 2% to the top. I’ve been ordering this drink every single day for about the past 2 months. The guy didn’t say anything about this when I was ordering the drink and I’ve never had any of the tyler locations say anything to me like that. I also order it often on the app and never had an issue about it. She said it’s the “standard “ to charge it as a latte if I want milk to the top. A standard is something that is known and followed by ALL locations. Her approach was unprofessional and rude. We had even tipped them, which I regret. A job is entirely replaceable and if she’s so stressed and unhappy maybe apply to other places.

The baristas are AMAZING! They are the sweetest and hard working employees at any Starbucks I have ever been to.However, the manager Rhonda is extremely unethical. She doesn’t treat her employees right, is condescending and talks poorly about them in front of others. I feel terrible for the baristas because they are under-appreciated.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks faithfully since they opened and haven’t had much issues until today. The manager there who sounds like she’s smoke her whole life away is the main problem with that place because all the other baristas are sooo amazing some already know me by name and this review isn’t for them. But that morning manager here lately doesn’t seem to know how to work a drive thru correctly. The line is always backed up and there’s only ever one car moves up to the window. I’ve been to plenty of other Starbucks and they at least have take 4 cars orders and are making them and the line move but this one can’t seem to do that. That’s on poor management and any time I’ve had to wait on my mobile order the manager is just barking orders moving around and not trying to help make the drinks. She seems to think she may be above helping them when I can see they are struggling. I always do mobile order in the morning at least 20 min before so I won’t have to wait in the drive thru line and today the line was back up as always so I could pull in anywhere to park to be able to get off but I was at the stop sign waiting to be able to get to the parking lot. So then I noticed the drive thru window NOT a single car was coming up so I tried to ask to see if they could just hand me my drink real quick since it was already made and she just started yelling at me a simple no I’m sorry we can’t do that because of whatever her reasoning may have been okay with me. I’m not a idiot I just was asking but they was she spoke to me was so unprofessional and she need to figure out how to speak to people especially being in her position. And it still took me another few minuets to be able to move from where I already was at for 5 mine because again the drive thru barely moves.

I order a coffee almost everyday spending $5.20 using the app at the store closest to me. I work in whitehouse sometimes so i did order there until a white older female employee working the drive thru yelled at me through the window because I asked for my milk and cream to be steamed. The app don’t give that option and if I spend my money I want what I want. Customers keep businesses running and if you don’t have any customers then you don’t have a job. If customer service at this location don’t get better people will start going else where and lots of competition is popping up.

I asked for no ice and this is the drink that I got. I get my drinks like this everywhere and this is the only place that does not give me a full cup. I wouldn’t care if they made me pay a little extra because of the no ice.

Omg this starbucks in whitehouse is the best. I go every day. They are the friendliest. Cleanest . I drive and pass up other starbucks, just to come here. Love the staff.

I was helped my Zarria today and she completely made my day. Her service and smile were impeccable. She also spelt my name right which NEVER happens when I go to Starbucks. I felt very valued. This location is incredibly lucky to have her and if she hasn’t been promoted yet she needs to be!!
