“Robby’s is amazing. I’d put him against any BBQ IN Texas. I mean Any of the best smoke houses in Texas. The Brisket is mouth watering, juicy, and tender. It melts in your mouth. The smoke ring is perfect and the bark is incredible. You almost need a spoon to eat it. His ribs are out of this world good. Literally falling off the bone tender. Moist and tasty. An excellent level of smoke. Complimented by their BBQ sauce that’s rich and delicious. The perfect mix of richness and spice. It definitely has a molasses decadence. You can’t talk about this restaurant without mentioning the sausage. Cheddar and Jalapeño. The bark and smoke is mind blowing. It literally pops when you bite into it because of the crispiness of the casing around the sausage. I’ve tried everything on their menu and have never been more impressed. Robby’s makes the best potato salad. Takes me back to when I was a kid. Now, you can’t go to Robby’s without getting their banana pudding. It’s the perfect desert to end the perfect meal.“
