Ordered burgers and chili cheese fries tonight at 9:45pm, with no other customers around. Both our burgers were COLD, and both tasted as if they had both been sitting out all day! We threw them away! The chili cheese fries barely had any chili and cheese..however, they were hot! I paid $20 for that and a RT 44 coke..and the only thing I enjoyed..after work with nowhere else to go..was my coke!! Crappy job guys!! STEP IT UP!!!

Horrible experience. I've gotten cheated twice hereTime #1 I ordered a bacon burrito with extra bacon and extra eggs. They gave me hardly any eggs and NO baconTime #2 I ordered in the app and the app glitched and sent random food to a location I had never heard of. I was declined a refund even though I never got the foodThe managers at this location are also rude and only concerned about speed. They dismissed all of my concerns. I hope management reads this.

Blast machine broken again. Placed order online for 2 blasts, drive there and get told machine is broken again. Had to get a refund on blasts which will be refunded in a few days and oay again for a shake which isn't what we wanted. Pretty disappointed ?
