After working all day in the farm, dirty dusty & tired. Decided to go through drive through. Pulled up, "Name?". We need to place an order. Oh drive is for pick up only. We asked when did this change? New owners made the change. No signs stating any changes. She said we'll have to come in.Some people aren't physically able to come, you're limiting potential customers, we won't be back unless you want cow manure all over your floors or we are permitted to take our shoes off outside the door.Needless to say, we won't be back.

Ladies going from register and moving drive thru window and just putting gloves on. I was a DM over 4 different stores myself. It is required to spend 20 seconds washing hands between touching the registers and making sandwiches. It makes sure customers know those hands that touch food is sanitary. You grab clean gloves with dirty hands and then put the now dirty gloves on to touch food. This is unacceptable.Parking: Handicap parking blocks the drive thru

Don’t order anything online through the app.It will not be close to what is ordered. Don’t think about the foot long churro. Thought it was going to be at least edible, but it was hard, stale and tasted like cardboard.Order was so bad, It had to be remade and was STILL WRONG.Save yourself the headache and just take a drive to Cleburne or Hillsboro.

Door dash failed to check bag for proper items and wouldn't you know it Subway failed to put my chips in the bag. Of course when I called door dash Misty, she blamed Subway so I called them only to have the phone sat on the counter and ignored because I refused to leave my house to come get my chips. Instead of offering a refund she just layed the phone down, really? So when I could finally get through again and asked for a manager she immediately said no one was going to yell at her even though I wasn't. I was angry and on speaker phone. She then hung up so I called back and called her a few not so sweet words and said she should die. A little extreme but the whole reason I had the food delivered was so I didnt have to deal with anyone in person. There's no point in adding notes to your order because this particular store or door dash doesn't add it to the receipt for the prep person or the door dash driver. It's wasted time. This is my first bad experience with any restaurant or person since moving here last year so I was truly shocked at their lack of customer satisfaction. Their first reaction was " we don't deliver" and that's sad to me. Sandwich is bland and boring but pizza was good so that's where the one star comes from. I'm still waiting on my refund and have filed a complaint with corporate

Just don't use the app or make a call in order. Be aware if you do they will take the opportunity to cut costs and screw the customer every single time! If you take the time to go inside they won't do this. Most recent order was a veggie salad and a 6 inch ham and cheese. Salad container was less than half full. No extra lettuce, spinach, onions, or black olives as I had requested. I could have got more on a side salad at Schlotzskys for a lot less. I called and the excuse I got was there is a new manager and they have been told to basically ration the salad stuff. But if I pay $6.99 for a salad, the container should at least be somewhat full. Same way on the sandwich. It is useless to click more on the app for ANYTHING. It actually seems if you click more, they purposely put LESS. I have ordered at other Subways on the app and never ran into these issues. The only thing they said i could do was bring it back and they would fix it, but no apology or anything else. This is the 3rd time in a row a mobile order hasn't been right at this store. This time was the worst. I ended up taking both the salad and sandwich back for a refund, because by the time i drove back the sandwich wouldn't be worth eating anyway.Come on Whitney Subway, y'all can definitely do better. I definitely won't be coming back for a long time, if ever.

They have Fuze Raspberry Ice tea at the fountain. Awesome. The sandwich I ordered was good...bread was a little hard..but ok. It was about 230pm on a Sunday. I will return.

Donovan or "donnie" made my experience in the store 110% better made us laugh and feel good about being there he noticed my mother was cold and gave her his jacket while we were in the store made us feel like he really values his customer experience very respectful and helpfull. If he worked for me I'd give him a raise!! He well deserves it!
