The food was subpar at best. The chicken strips and chicken livers were so overcooked, they were inedible. The gravy was like water. I'm sorry to say it will be our last visit to Chicken Express.

I am never disappointed eating in or at the drive-through. Customer service, which is huge for me, is always on point. The food is always hot and fresh, with sides not lacking in flavor. Spicy chicken tenders are my fave and never disappoint. It's never good for me, but with an out of this world flavor, the fried apple pie will always be my favorite. Fast food prices going through the roof, at least quality here, has not suffered.Wheelchair accessibility: It's easily accessible.

I am staff for a local day hab that cares for special needs adults. Today we brought over 30 of our clients to this restaurant. I understand that they had very little forewarning of our arrival. We were warmly greeted and accommodated in every way. The CE Crew were kind and patient with taking, organizing and delivering our orders to their very full restaurant. I am incredibly humbled and appreciative of the excellent customer service they afforded us. The food was hot and delicious and our clients had a wonderful time.
