Took over 5 minutes to get a drink order placed in a minimally full bar area. Ordered sweet tea- given unsweet. Ordered bacon avocado chicken sandwich. Was never asked what sides I wanted. Asked for extra extra crispy bacon. Bacon not crispy at all, no avocado. Had to ask for the avocado. Was given 3 small pieces. Bit into French fries- cold (like just out of the fridge). Waitress never asked if there was anything wrong, or if she could change out the order. Manager was talking to his friends the whole time and showing pics on his phone.
Great chips, queso and salsa. Salsa isn't overdone with tons of cilantro.Fajita trio was delicious! We had shrimp, steak and chicken. Will definitely get it again.

Worst visit to an awesome restaurant. No one said hello. No one came to me at the bar or even tried to notice me. It was like I was invisible. After about 10 agonizing minutes. I left to go to Applebees

Chili's is usually a pretty standard place to go with good food and reasonable service. I went yesterday and had great food and phenomenal service. Our waiter, whose name I did not catch, was one of the best I have ever had there. The Chicken Enchilada Soup and the Old Fashioned Burger were perfect.
