Pay in cash. This is crazy but got my information taken. This was the only place I was all week. I ordered food and it took a while to get my card back. Paid for the food and got home. Food was fine. Then I got hit with $194.90 charge on my card. Nothing as happened like this before.
We drop in here every December on the way to Lubbock for our family reunion. None of them know us, but they always treat us like family. We love this place! Y'all keep it up!

I promised my daughter to take her to Dairy Queen for a while now. We finally went after a movie this weekend. She had a regular ice cream cone, and I had an oreo blizzard. They really turn the cup upside-down to ensure that it's made well, frozen, and that it doesn't fall. We sat and discussed the movie while we enjoyed our treats. I think we'll go back soon.

We waited 20min for a drive thru order which I had to go inside to retrieve it, only to find it wrong and cold. When my partner and I came back to return the order, the staff argued with us before refunding the mistaken items. Idk what kind of service would rather argue on a technicality that some items were correct than resolve an issue. Unbelievable.

Disgusted. Bathroom sink looked like they had painted over it and was slowly peeling away. The center beam seating area had a layer of dust, which tells you they don't clean well. The cashier was friendly but wasn't wearing a uniform top. Unprofessional. The fries tasted like they were fried in putrid foul oil. Also wasn't expecting the chicken fried steak to be a dark meat color. The only thing that was pleasant was the reeses blizzard.

We ordered food through Uber Eats and when I tell you this is the most disgusting DQ experience I’ve ever had. The fries were so soggy and cold. The chili cheese fries tasted like canned dog food. The entire meal was cold and honestly tasted off. If you are craving DQ, just go to the one in Holliday.
