A while ago I discovered Deli Planet offers online ordering and ever since we have picked up lunch about once a week. Our meals have been on time, correct, hot, and delicious! My fave is the french dip with fries and my husband loves the burgers and tater tots. We have been happy with everything, every time. From the ease of the online order process, to pickup, to the food. When I arrive they make me feel like a long lost friend. Always a pleasure to see the smiling faces!

Decided to have Deli Planet take-out Friday evening, so tried to call in the order. Nope, online ordering only and my wife couldn't get the site to work. I was already driving and went to the drive-thru where a sign on the window had a stupid QR code for online orders and no ordering at the window. Tried QR code twice and error both times. If I start getting spam calls/texts, I will be editing this review which will be negative of course. Sorry Becca I understand your hiring situation but Deli Planet has lost business, unless dining-in.

Awesome deli! Must try it out. A real gem in Wichita Falls right by Sheppard AFB. Food is excellent, there are pool tables and video games and shuffleboard too. ???❤️

I had worked for them a some years back and I have always had great food, until today. I always get the regular 16 hoagie, but I treated for a 16" Philly and a treat for me, I also ordered the wicked chicken. The wicked was anything but wicked. The top and bottom bun was burnt. The wicked sauce was barely on the chicken. To be honest, it tasted more like a burnt chicken sandwich. I'll still go back, but it will be awhile.
